Left St. Simon’s for Florida.the
Paddled through a number of thunderstorms and got lost. I had to back track back to the point I got lost and figure out where to go.
I ended up paddling into the night to make up for lost time. I actually ended up tying my yak and self to a fancy marina dock for a few hours.
Trying to sleep in a kayak is not only hard but very uncomfortable.
I untied and got lost in the dark. again backtracked and went to other side of river and followed lighted channel markers until I got so tired I pulled over set the tent and slept for 3 hrs.
